Yes, I agree that there is russian gang activity, but its because Sac is full of them. Lets face it, all races are involved. The truth is that the police cannot(and I know this first hand)know where all the gangs members are at all times and what they are doing at all times. When I lived in the central valley and in Fresno, The only way I could ensure I was safe was to protect my self. These gangs are kinda like the taliban, They will continue after you "get rid of them all" and they have no concern for anyone elses lives. Dave you can go ahead and deport them...They will be back. Learn how control your own enviroment and try not to depend fully on law inforcment. They are not super heroes..just my 2 cents.

Where in the world..er Nevada are you speaking of David? Russian gangs? In Sparks, Reno or Carson City, Nevada? Don't recall any Russian sir names in any police blotter here...

Since Juan seems to be into sarcasm, how come so many of these gang members have Russian names? I think if we round up and deport all the illegal Russians we would have a minimal gang problem.

I want to thank the legal system for allowing us to proliferate in your communities. All of the Judges and lawyers and oh yes the a.c.l.u. that continually make sure that the victims have less rights than us..America is great! I also think that plea bargaining is a wonderful criminal tool regardless of how hard the police try to keep us off the streets we keep coming back. Many of us have long rap sheets but the legal system let's us assault, rob, even kill and refuse to keep us locked up. We are so ..blessed.
