RENO — The University of Nevada Young Democrats and the Stonewall Democrats of Northern Nevada will host a debate today at 7 p.m. among three of the four lieutenant governor candidates in preparation for the June 8 primary election. One of the four will go on to face incumbent Brian Krolicki in the Nov. 2 general election.

The debate will feature Robert Goodman, Paul Murad and Robert Randazzo. With Nevada’s office of lieutenant governor elected separately from gubernatorial candidates, this will be an opportunity for Nevadans in the north to learn more about their options on the Democratic side.

The UNR Young Democrats and the Stonewall Democrats of Northern Nevada will be asking questions related to the job of lieutenant governor as well as youth involvement in politics and LGBT equality issues that face Nevada.
